Thanks to heads-ups from a couple friends east of here, I was able to catch a Norfolk Southern Geometry train roll by yesterday evening. This video shows a Norfolk Southern Geometry Train passing over the hill at Linden, Virginia on the NS B-Line. Power was a pair of SD40-2’s (numbers 3576 & 3486). The train also included NS Research platform #38 “The Brick,” which is equipped with sensors to detect track defects, and research car #36.
