I caught Norfolk Southern train 211 coming through Linden, Va today at lunchtime with Union Pacific ET44AC #2689 in the lead. A tree fell down along Goose Creek making the shot across the field from Rte 55 near Distillery Road a bit more clear. Thanks to Alex D. for the heads-up.
Some railroad photographers don’t like cloudy/rainy days, but the silver lining is that they allow some north side angles without having to shoot into the sun.
