Yesterday, I ventured out to catch Norfolk Southern train 203 pass by Linden, Virginia after word from Joe G that it had the Conrail heritage unit trailing.
While it’s preferable to see them leading, I still enjoyed seeing the Conrail trailing as it brought back memories from the 1990s when seeing NS and CR power mixed together was common.
Here’s a photo and video of the train. Fortunately I had an umbrella in the trunk as it started raining on my way to the tracks.
