This Columbus Day, thanks to a heads-up from Mike, I got to see Norfolk Southern train 099 with a load of GE export locomotives pass through Markham, Virginia on the B-line. The locomotives were manufactured by GE in Erie, Pennsylvania and are bound for Angola via the port of Norfolk, Virginia. Photos and video are below:
